EU Consumer RightsFrame & Focus provides product photography services for small brands, local retailers, and independent makers. The exact scope of each project is confirmed during inquiry, review of product count and style, reference and shot list preparation, and approval of the agreed setup before production begins.
EU CommissionFees are quoted on a project basis according to the number of products, the required setups, and the intended use of the images. Where a deposit is requested, it forms part of the booking conditions for the relevant project. Accepted payment methods are limited to the methods communicated for the booking.
Products are accepted only by scheduled drop-off or confirmed courier delivery, and any return of products is handled as agreed for the project. Booking and production are subject to studio availability during normal weekday operating hours and to the information provided by the client being complete and accurate.
All photographs, edits, and related creative materials remain protected by applicable intellectual property laws unless a separate written license states otherwise. No rights are transferred beyond the agreed use, and no RAW, rejected, or unedited files are included unless expressly agreed in writing.
